Pastor Jonathan Reed is the founding and lead pastor of Awaken Haven Church in Brighton Grove, North Carolina. Known for his heartfelt preaching and genuine love for people, Jonathan has dedicated his life to awakening hearts to the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.
Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Jonathan grew up in a family deeply rooted in faith and service. From a young age, he felt a calling to ministry, often leading youth Bible studies and serving in local outreach programs. After earning his Bachelor of Theology from Southeastern Bible College, he pursued further education at Kingdom Seminary, where he completed his Master of Divinity.
Jonathan’s ministry is marked by a passion for preaching the Word in a way that is both accessible and transformative. His messages blend biblical depth with everyday application, inspiring people to live out their faith authentically. He is deeply committed to raising up leaders, fostering authentic community, and seeing the local church become a beacon of hope for the city and beyond.
